The Liga ng mga Barangay sa Pilipinas launched a YouTube series called Buhay Barangay TV (BBTV) to showcase the best practices and programs of barangays from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. This project aims to provide an accessible way of benchmarking, allowing other barangays to learn from and be inspired by those with outstanding programs and projects.

Through this, the Liga introduced digital benchmarking — a step toward making it easier for barangays to compare and learn from the best programs and initiatives in the country.
