The National Congress of the Liga is the annual gathering of barangay officials from Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. Led by the National President and the National Executive Board, it brings together around thousands of delegates to collectively address the most pressing issues facing the barangays. This congress aims to enhance the leadership skills and capabilities of barangay captains as true grassroots leaders, equipping them to effectively respond to the needs and challenges of their communities.
