“Buhay Barangay TV” to Shine Spotlight on Grassroots Leadership

To bring these inspiring narratives to the forefront, the Liga ng mga Barangay sa Pilipinas proudly launches “Buhay Barangay TV,” the first-ever YouTube series from the barangays, for the barangays, and for the entire nation.

The program will serve as a modern platform to showcase the real stories, effective programs, and heartfelt leadership of barangay officials and communities across Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. From innovative grassroots projects to personal journeys of public servants, “Buhay Barangay TV” aims to give voice to local governance at its most authentic level.

More than just a show, this series is a celebration of bayanihan, transparency, and dedication to service. It highlights how barangays—often called the smallest unit of government—carry the biggest responsibilities in delivering frontline services and ensuring the welfare of their constituents.
